The Irma itself is now in the Cuban region and is slowly moving towards the American state of Florida.

The first video from Cuba: huge waves collapse on the shore, and the trees bend under the gusts of the wind. The authorities of the Island of Freedom barely managed to take out of the dangerous areas in the center and in the east of the people - 700 thousand people, many of them - tourists.

Foreigners in Cuba say that they are all right. "I'm not afraid of anything, I'm calm!" - says a tourist from France. Many Cubans refused to go somewhere - they are hoping that they are ready to meet with the "Irma": the last few days, emergency services have worked tirelessly here, reinforcing the roofs on the houses and hammering windows with boards and cardboard. "This should minimize the number of victims, this is our main goal," says Havana resident Pedro Garcia.

"Irma" rages around the Caribbean since the middle of the week - took dozens of lives, flooded Haiti, de-energized Puerto Rico, and traveled to the islands that are in possession of France, Britain and the Netherlands.

This night, "Irma" touched the Bahamas, and next on the turn under the impact of the elements will be the American state of Florida. Almost six million people received a warning that it's time to evacuate. On the highway leading from the state, many kilometers of congestion - everyone is afraid not to be in time.

In the satellite images, a funnel is visible near the center of Cuba - it's just the hurricane Irma, which, by the way, again intensified to the fifth category. The funnel to the right is a hurricane "Jose", it is waited for in the coming days, and it has grown to the fourth category. Gusts of wind, respectively, in "Irma" - over 70 meters per second, in "Jose" - up to 70.

Funnel number three received from meteorologists the name "Katya", she threatens first of all Mexico, which is least ready for a new natural disaster. On the eve of this there was an earthquake, the strongest in 100 years: more than 60 only dead, destroyed communications, in many cities there is no light, no connection. And after the news about Katya, the frightened residents refuse to leave the shelters, where they sit since Friday.

"I stay here for many reasons. Here the doctor is near, and stocks, whatever I want. And the soldiers, just in case. I'll stay here, along with an old mother, "- says Leonard Hernandez.

By the way, "Katya", which was only a couple of days ago was a relatively weak storm, on the morning of September 9 increased to the hurricane of the second power category. It means that at least it will destroy many houses - and this if its strength does not continuously grow, as it happens with the "Irma".
