According to the information of the department, the victim was Lukoud Kennedy Laki Emmauel, who was part of the peace mission in the region. His car was fired upon by militants when he tried to deliver provisions, medicines and drinking water to the region of Equatorial Africa.

It is reported that the parties have been warned in advance that a humanitarian car will move in this direction. By car, all the decisive signs that the humanitarian mission was moving were clearly visible.
