Bavarian striker Robert Lewandowski believes that Munichers need to spend more money on newcomers.

In the summer, Bayern signed Corenten Tolisso for 41. 5 million euros. This signing was a record for Bavaria, while the record for the transfer market is 222 million, which PSG paid Barcelona for Neimar.

"At the moment, Bayern has never paid more than 40 million euros for the player. Now in football, such amounts are paid more for ordinary performers, and not for top players. The backlog from the most expensive transfers is simply huge, "- said Lewandowski in an interview with Spiegel.

Nevertheless, Robert is confident that Bayern will be able to compete in the group of Champions League with PSG, which in the summer paid 222 million euros for Neimar and rented Kilian Mbagpe, who can manage Parisians at 180 million euros.

"PSG bought world-class players, but in Bavaria too they play top performers who have spent a lot of fights together".

"UEFA must investigate major transfers this summer and then, together with FIFA, close loopholes that allow you to bypass the financial fair play".

Robert is confident that in the future there will be transfers even more expensive than the transfer of Neimar.

"Football is pure water business. Everyone wants to make money in this sector ".

In the summer, Bayern wanted to sign Alexis Sanchez from Arsenal, but eventually refused to transfer.
