I suspect that he seriously dreams of dominating the world. And certainly does not want anyone in this world to rule over him.

There the most interesting is that the content did not say anything directly about the election. The advertiser's goal was different: "Strengthen social and political signals that divide society". That is, it is the same technology that Russia applies to us, in particular, smashing Ukrainians at the poles of zrady and peremogy. And which we joyfully pick up.

Divide et impera has always been relevant. Just now you can do it with a computer and a smartphone.

Russia has really learned how to use technology to create and distribute content in order to try to influence the situation in different countries of the world. She feels like a fish in the water in the global information flood.

A convincing irreversible result for a number of reasons (they need to be dealt with separately) is not yet available. But technology in Russia is. And, therefore, there is a risk that one day there will be a result.

In March 2017, some researchers found that 9% to 15% of Twitter users were bots. Others - that 70% of users who tweeted in Russian about NATO activities in the Baltic countries and Poland turned out to be bots (that is, machines, not people).

And now attention: they generated about 84% of tweets on this topic. In other words, Russian-speaking communication in this segment is almost completely controlled by those who control these bots.

An untrained person can quite believe that a tweet that has collected 80,000 retweets is the opinion of the majority. And join her. So you can control public opinion without giving the person the understanding that all those retweets have created someone-driven bots.

Bot - this is one of the examples of artificial intelligence. The boat is convenient and useful. Bot will master the art of managing human emotions, be able to control and direct his actions (just do not think that you are strong enough to counteract this influence).

Fact: Today Russia has an advantage in using trolls and bots in a communicative war. This allows her to create real assaults and win in individual battles. Others only come to their senses and try to counteract this.

Russia understands that the available resources are not enough for a strategic victory. Bots, who simply analyze the situation and disperse content, will not win. Looking for bots that can influence a person by interacting with him. We need algorithms that will not only plan combat operations, but also control them.

Therefore, Putin also places such hopes on the development of artificial intelligence. Just as Hitler had hoped that a qualitatively new technology - the V-Fow system - would create a strategic advantage for him and help win the war, which he was already losing at the time.

Leadership in the development of artificial intelligence is firmly held by the US and China. Beijing until 2025 plans to raise costs to $ 60 billion annually. Russia, these arms races are simply beyond the power to defeat the world.

Mask, like a prophet organized by the artificial intelligence of the apocalypse, immediately reacted to Putin's words: "The competition between countries in the field of artificial intelligence is likely to cause the third world war".

But Russia does not need this war, because it will not win in this competition. The war that she is now engaged in with the hope of winning is a war in which artificial intelligence is already being used to draw people into conflict, provoke them and control them.

Russia has become a leader in the use of available technologies, realizing that it does not shine world leadership in the development of new technologies.

But in Ukraine, the Russians turned to full. All the technologies that they have available are tested and run in circulation in our and other places. We gradually began to notice them and oppose them. And this is a unique experience for the world.

But this is not enough to not allow themselves to be destroyed.

We must put science and high technology into the basis of our communicative policy. Machines based on artificial intelligence technology must stand up for our national security.

Hand-held communications, which the state is currently engaged in, is much better than it was before 2014, it is useful and sometimes pretty. But futile. I hope, somewhere in our country someone is already solving this problem. Because we have very little time.
