New Carpathians Leonid Akulinin shared his impressions of his return to Ukraine.
Striker Leonid Akulinin told in an interview to the press service of the Carpathians that he is glad to return to Ukraine and is fully prepared to make his debut in the nearest match of the Carpathians against Veres.
"I am very glad that I returned to Ukraine," Akulinin confessed.. - I want to prove to everyone, and above all - to myself that I am ready for this test. My main task is to help the Carpathians. I had several suggestions, but I immediately set my sights on moving to the team from Lviv, because I liked it at the time when I was in favor of Shakhtar. In the team I was received very well, besides, I already know some of the guys: with Denis Miroshnichenko and Redvan Memeshev we competed for the youth team of Ukraine, and with Artem Fedetsky they crossed in the duplicating structure of the Miner. I feel that I'm physically ready for the season and I hope to make my debut in the nearest match against Veres ".
"I have experience of performances in foreign championships, which, I am sure, will help me in Ukraine. In Bohemians, I was able to play with Patrick Schick, from whom, at first, I even won the competition for a place in the composition. But then Patrick proved that it is stronger, and I learned a lot from him. Usually I acted on the point of attack, but then the coach transferred me to the center of the field. In the Carpathians, he is ready to play at any position ".
The nearest match Carpathians will be held September 10 in Lviv within the eighth round of the Premier League championship against Veres.
