According to Darya Belyaeva, Director General of Development Group, local officials do not pay with businessmen for work on municipal contracts. The businessman sent the executive document to the financial department of the mayor's office on March 30, 2017. Officials were to inform the debtor within five days of receipt of an executive document. In turn, the "Customer Service of Municipal Economy" within 10 working days was to prepare a payment document for the transfer of funds Belyaeva.
