Artemovskaya city prosecutor's office conducted a check on the appeal of one of the parents on the issue of creating safe conditions of upbringing in kindergarten No. 21. Employees of the department found out that the concrete canopies of the four entrance garden groups had partially collapsed, there were signs of leaks on the brickwork of each of the input groups, on the side of the production entrance to the kitchen block, the steps of the porch.

Based on the results of the check, Artemovskaya city prosecutor's office sent a statement of claim to the court demanding that the MBDU "Kindergarten No. 21" be ordered to repair the entrance groups of the building before September 1, 2017.

The prosecutor's claims are satisfied in full. Currently, the court's decision has been fully executed, the MBDU "Kindergarten No. 21" required repairs.
