In Nizhny Tagil, a 34-year-old local resident was sentenced, who, during the robbery of the store, killed the seller. He was found guilty of committing crimes, provided for. 2 items. 105 of the Criminal Code (murder), h. 1 st. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft), h. 2 items. 228 of the Criminal Code (illegal acquisition, storage without the purpose of selling drugs, committed in large amounts).

On the morning of December 24, 2015, the defendant came to the store in Entuziastov Street in Nizhny Tagil. He put a knife on the saleswoman, demanded the keys to the store, but the woman pushed the attacker away. Fearing that she could call for help, the man attacked the woman and stabbed her several times. The victim died at the scene of the accident. And the attacker with the help of a Bulgarian and a crowbar opened the terminal, from which he stole 51,000 rubles, and disappeared.

When the man was detained, 0.65 grams of smoking mixture was found in his apartment during the search.

The court sentenced the offender to 18 years in a strict-security colony with a subsequent restriction of freedom for a period of 1.5 years.
