Instead of shops of the jewelry factory, multi-storey apartment buildings will appear on Botany. Today at public hearings the project of planning and surveying the territory in the streets quarter of March 8 - Krestinsky - Bypass road was agreed upon. In the voting for the project 178 people took part - the present and potential residents of the Botanica district.

The development of the territory will take place in 4 stages: at the first stage a multi-apartment house with variable storeys (17-19 floors) will be built, on the second stage there will be a house with a floor from 16 to 21 floors, on the third - a 26-storey candle, at the final fourth stage the contractor Planned the construction of a second 26-storey building with the internal placement of a kindergarten for 100 people and the construction of a parking lot for 300 seats. According to the builder and planner, these places should be enough for future residents of the quarter.

A total of 178 people took part in the voting - 163 of them voted for the draft planning and surveying the territory, 12 voted against and 1 abstained from voting.

The estimated number of the future residential area will be slightly less than 2 thousand people (1,767). Residential development in the selected quarter will be occupied by almost half of the total project area - 2.7 hectares of 4.7 possible. Also in the territory will be placed a three-story parking for 300 seats, another 225 parking spaces will be in the yard. Residents of nearby areas and potential buyers of apartments in future homes immediately resented the fact that from the area there will be only one exit to the street Krestinsky. According to the tenants, Botanica is already rushing in the morning and evening rush, and then there will be a new quarter, which can only be accessed through "one transport gate".

The question of transport was also raised on the topic of the order of building construction: a number of residents offered to build parking first (at the same time, it is necessary to increase its number of storeys to at least 5), for at least some opportunity to leave a personal car. The developer said that in the near future, the demolition of the buildings of the former shops of the jewelry factory will begin, and already on the vacated site the first settlers will be able to leave their cars.

As representatives of the builder stated, the first works are planned to be launched in late 2017 - early 2018. Completely erect 4 multi-storey buildings, parking, as well as to carry out the improvement of the quarter is planned by 2025. It is worth noting that in the already existing block at the intersection of Krestinsky and Bypass roads there is a chapel of the Resurrection of Christ. The developer promised that the construction will not seriously disturb the parishioners during the church ministries.
