Moody's upgraded Ukraine's credit rating

It is reported that Moody's upgraded the rating of the Ukrainian government to Caa2 (with Caa3), and also decided to change the rating outlook to "positive" - ??from the previously forecast "stable". The main reason for the rating upgrade was the impact of reforms in Ukraine, which could help solve the debt problem.

As reported URA-Inform, the National Bank of Ukraine earlier lifted restrictions on the issuance of cash to citizens in foreign currency.
