According to him, in the whole of the country as of August, the indicator of equipping with general house heat meters is 70.47%. Thus, this gives at least 20% savings.

"Establishment of local individual heat points that regulate the amount of energy supply, saves another 15-17% of costs. By 2020, the goal is to reduce by approximately 30% in the whole country gas consumption, which is spent on the production of heat, "- said Zubko.

In this regard, Ukraine needs to reduce gas costs by 2020 by 50% - from 18 to 9 billion cubic meters.
