On Wednesday, August 23, he signed a letter to Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman demanding the dismissal of the Minister of Finance. This Lutsenko said during his working trip to the Dnepropetrovsk region.

At the same time Lutsenko expressed dissatisfaction with the work of Danilyuk and accused the head of the financial department of the fact that he does not want to raise salaries for prosecutors. According to him, since September, wages should rise, but this will not happen, since the Minister of Finance issued a decree that should audit the budget.

The Prosecutor General considers this illegal and stated that at any cost he will try to ensure that Danilyuk resigned from his post.
