Argentina and Uruguay will submit a joint application for the finals of the World Cup-2030.

Presidents of Uruguay and Argentina Tabare Vazquez and Mauricio Macri will officially announce on August 30 the desire of the two countries to host the final tournament of the World Cup in 2030.

This was reported by the Minister of Tourism of Uruguay, Liliam Kechikian, who noted that the official ambassadors of the mundialya-2030 will be teammates in Barcelona and friends in the life of Uruguayan Luis Suarez and Argentinean Lionel Messi.

The holding of the World Cup in Uruguay and Argentina in 2030 will be very symbolic, since the first world championship was held in Uruguay in 1930, and in the final, the hosts defeated the Argentine team.
