To date, the Sverdlovsk region harvested 15 143 hectares of grain crops, this is 4% of the total area. Gross harvest of grain amounted to 49 thousand tons with a yield of 32 centners per hectare. "This year's yield is good, higher than in the past. The most important is good weather. This is the only thing that determines the speed and quality of cleaning. Grain crops traditionally we clean until the end of September, "- said the Minister.

Good rates of field work are demonstrated by Bogdanovichsky district, where 10% of the plan was removed, Irbit - 9% and Beloyarsk region - 7%.

Dmitry Degtyarev also recalled that in the Sverdlovsk region continues to prepare forage for livestock. To date, 23.4 centners of fodder crops have been stockpiled for one conventional head of livestock. The plans to collect - 30 units.

The farms also started harvesting early potatoes and vegetables for sale to the population. Crop yields are not lower than in 2016.
