In the course of the working visit to Minsk, Evgeny Kuyvashev, the governor of the Sverdlovsk region, agreed with the leadership of the Belkommunmash company on cooperation. It was not only about the possibilities for the delivery and use of city electric buses on the Urals, but also about localization of electric transport production in the Sverdlovsk region.

After the excursion, which was held by the general Belkommunmash Vladimir Korol, Yevgeny Kuyvashev made a test flight through the streets of Minsk, driving in the passenger compartment of the E433 Vitovt Max Electro. The head of the region even sat behind the wheel of an electric bus. He highly appreciated the quality of technology, noting that for such transport - the future.

"First, we need such wireless transport. Its application greatly facilitates the construction of urban public transport routes. And secondly, I suggested that the company's management localize part of the production of electric buses in the Sverdlovsk region. Taking into account the fact that we produce different kinds of rolling stock in the region, for us this will be a new competence. Today's agreements are just the beginning, we will work on the implementation of this project. But the fact that Belcommunmash accepted our proposals is absolutely certain, "said Evgeny Kuyvashev.

Electrobus combines the advantages of a trolleybus and bus. It is equipped with a system of energy storage devices based on supercapacitors, which allows this mode of transport to overcome short routes - up to 15 kilometers - without a contact network, carrying out a five-minute charging at the final stopping points.
