The court dismissed the suspect from beating the journalist under personal obligations. Thus, today at a meeting the court partially granted the request of the prosecutor's office.

In accordance with this decision, Shabunin must notify the investigation, the prosecutor and the court about changing his place of residence or place of work.

These obligations are assigned to the head of the Center for a period of not more than two months, until October 14 of this year.

This ruling of the court is not subject to appeal.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, today the law enforcers handed a suspicion of committing a crime to Shabunin envisaged by the article of the Criminal Code of Ukraine Intentional average severity of bodily injury. The prosecutor's office asked the court to elect Shabunin a preventive measure in the form of a personal obligation.
