Central defender of West Bromwich Johnny Evans can go to Manchester City, reports BBC.
The clubs have already begun negotiations on the transfer of the 29-year-old Northern Irishman, however, the parties have not yet come to an agreement.
Evans, who played 198 matches for Manchester United, before joining West Bromwich in 2015, is captain of the Thrush and his contract is scheduled until 2019.
Earlier, West Bromwich refused to sell Evans to Leicester for 10 million pounds.
Last season, Evans played for West Bromwich 31 match in the Premier League, which scored two goals and gave one assists, and received eight yellow cards.
