Left-back Tottenham defender Denny Rose was fined by the club for a two-week salary, informs the London Evening Standard.

On the eve of the spurs star Rose gave an interview in which he criticized not only the work of the club in the transfer market, but also the structure of salaries in Tottenham, which pays its best players much less than other contenders for the title.

At the same time, the 27-year-old Englishman noted that he would be ready to leave Tottenham if the "spurs" receive a corresponding offer.

In response to this management of the club decided to impose on Rose the maximum penalty of about 130 thousand pounds, corresponding to a two-week salary of the player.
