The national team of Ukraine will be represented by 179 athletes at the World Summer Universiade.

The competition will last from August 19 to 30, 2017 in Chinese Taipei. Our country will take part in 14 of 22 sports, its participants will be student athletes from 55 higher educational institutions.

Recall that the most tiutalovannymi athletes of our team are the Olympic champion in artistic gymnastics Oleg Vernyaev and bronze medalist - Igor Radivilov. This year they will also defend the honor and dignity of our team in competitions.

A total of 12,000 athletes from 160 countries will participate in the Universiade.
