Thus, Ukraine through the court will return its 15 million euros to the state budget. According to the government's order No. 530-r of August 9, measures are now being taken to return funds.

The adopted decision will allow the Ministry of Justice to implement this year procurement of relevant legal services for the negotiation procedure.

At the same time, the Cabinet is confident that this will help ensure proper protection of the rights and interests of the state in foreign jurisdictional bodies in cases involving foreign entities and Ukraine.
