The second flight of the Russian aircraft is scheduled for Wednesday evening, August 10. The liner should fly over Bedminster in New Jersey - a place where the weekend is often spent by US President Donald Trump, CNN reported, citing two sources familiar with the situation.

The agreement on the open sky was signed by representatives of 23 OSCE states in March 1992. Russia ratified the document in May 2001.

The document establishes an open sky regime so that representatives of the countries parties to the treaty can fly around each other's territories. Now the parties to the treaty are 34 states.
