The project provides for:.

The construction of a modern landfill in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian and European environmental legislation;.

Reclamation of the existing landfill for solid domestic waste;.

Installation of a system for collecting landfill gas at the new and adjacent existing landfills;.

Installation of a system for the utilization of landfill gas with electricity generation and a system for transferring generated electricity to the network of the National Energy Company Ukrenergo;.

The construction of a sorting line for separately-collected waste with a capacity of 40 thousand. Tons per year and mixed waste capacity of 80 thousand. Tons per year;.

Construction of appropriate facilities, engineering networks and landscaping.

The construction of a complex for the processing of solid waste in Dergachi will significantly improve the sanitary and epidemiological state of the city.. Kharkov, Dergachevsky, Kharkiv and Zolochiv districts of the Kharkov region, as well as the ecological condition of the territory adjacent to the existing waste recycling area.
