The military perished as a result of the explosion of the gun. As reported by the press center of the headquarters of the ATU, about four o'clock in the afternoon the militants began shelling Ukrainian fortifications near Mariinka.

In response, our troops covered the enemy with heavy fire. During one of such confrontations, the gun went out of order and exploded.

As a result of the tragic incident, three Ukrainian soldiers died on the spot, eight people were injured. Now the police determine the causes of the tragedy.

At the same time, the headquarters sharply stated about the response measures in the fire of their positions in case of activation of the enemy's aggression with the systematic use of heavy weapons. This leads to losses among Ukrainian fighters.
