The championship called Surf Dog Competition is held for the second time. Dog owners arrange this competition for a noble purpose, all proceeds that are collected during the championship go to charity.

Dogs-surfers were distributed in different weight categories, by analogy with serious sport, TSN reports.. This year in the championship participated about 50 dogs from different breeds. Participants and their owners are not only residents of California, many of them came from different US states. During the championship, the temperature was just above 20 degrees Celsius. The weather contributed to a good performance of dogs in the championship.
