According to the report, the court granted the suit of the military prosecutor's office and decided to recover from the state enterprise a fine.

The suit says in particular that in December 2015 the Ministry of Defense concluded with the enterprise an agreement for the manufacture and supply of tactical fighting wheel vehicles Dozor-B in the number of ten units intended for use in the area of ??the antiterrorist operation.

At the same time, the sum of money transferred by the Ministry of Defense exceeded the cost of manufacturing and supplying the products, and the Lviv armored factory had to return the funds received as prepayment in the amount of about 6.5 million hryvnias, but this was not done.

In turn, the prosecutor's office filed a claim to recover 6.5 million hryvnia, as well as penalties of 3.3 million hryvnia for late payment when the order.
