Ukrainian Premier League, interviewing experts who are part of its expert council, determined the best player from all those who took part in the matches of the fourth round of the ULE.

The expert council included Sergey Nagornyak, Igor Shukhovtsev, Gennady Orbu, Alexander Sopko, Victor Grachev, Jozsef Sabo, Dmitry Povoroznyuk, Stepan Yurchishin, Alexander Denisov and Oleg Venglinsky.

Vorskla goalkeeper Alexander Tkachenko won the vote, who in the match with Dynamo helped his team to keep a draw. Note that Tkachenko appeared on the field is not in the first team, and replacing at the beginning of the meeting injured Bogdan Shust.
