WikiLeaks Portal publishes regular revelations regarding CIA operations in cyberspace. This time it is a matter of disabling surveillance cameras so that agents of special services do not get into the frame.

The Dumbo toolkit not only can block microphones, cameras and surveillance software, but also scan audio and video recordings and corrupt files without the possibility of recovery. WikiLeaks manuals published last time were updated in June 2015 and describe the version of Dumbo 3. It works on all versions of Windows from Windows XP, but does not support 64-bit editions.

Unlike other CIA hacking tools, this requires physical access to computers, which reduces the danger. The program is launched from the USB flash drive, which you need to insert into the computer. Also, you need administrator rights, but with their receipt from the CIA usually there are no problems.

After hacking, Dumbo disables cameras and programs, and simultaneously searches for network devices. It searches for certain processes and records that can be damaged or deleted. If you disable the surveillance system fails, the program can call BSOD, after which the data from the cameras can not be seen.
