Hatem Ben Arfa is no longer in the plans of PSA coach Unai Emery and was given permission to seek a new job.

According to L'Equipe, referring to the Turkish resource Fotomac, 30-year-old midfielder is already in Istanbul, where he will start negotiations with Fenerbahce tomorrow on the terms of his personal contract. According to Fotomac, the Frenchman was offered a three-year contract, and PSG will receive 7 million euros from the "canaries" for Ben Arfa.

If the deal takes place, Ben Arfa will be able to join his old friend Marcel and French national team Mathieu Valbuena, who moved to Fenerbahce in June this year.
