This was announced by Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groysman on his Facebook page.
According to the head of the Cabinet, the energy modernization of the industry and attraction of investments into it should not be reflected in the purses of Ukrainians.
Groisman also stressed that the Ukrainian state should attract investments in the development of electrical networks. However, this procedure should not be done at the expense of citizens of Ukraine.
"The introduction of RAB-tariffs should not be reflected in consumer accounts," the head of government underlined..
In addition, all innovations should be discussed in advance with officials, the public and market participants.
In this regard, the NKREC needs to be carefully studied and, if necessary, refined, Groisman added.
Recall, as previously reported, "URA-Inform," the National Commission, which carries out state regulation in the energy and utilities sector, intends to conduct an independent audit in the near future.
