Depo reports. Kharkov, a verdict to a young man who did not want to serve a term, on July 13 ruled the Dzerzhinsky District Court of Kharkov. The defendant is a native of the Kharkov region, graduated from the University of Nutrition and Trade, works as a sales consultant in one of the bakeries.

The court found that the guy born in 1995, who was liable for military service and who was registered with the Shevchenkivsky District Military Committee, decided not to serve in the army.

So, on April 4, 2017, he underwent a medical examination and, on the basis of a decision of the military medical commission, was found fit for service. He was enlisted in the 101st separate security brigade.

On the morning of April 10, the guy was supposed to report to the military enlistment office, but did not arrive.

The court found the young man guilty of committing a crime under art.. 335 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and appointed him a penalty of one year of restriction of liberty with a probation period of one year.

In the future, the military registration and enlistment office will not have the right to call this young man into the service as one who has a criminal record.
