On 2 km of the highway Upper Sinyachikha-Makhnevo-Bolotovskoe in a terrible accident, a teenager was killed. Two of his friends were sent to the hospital.

As reported in the department for the propagation of the UGIBDD GU of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region, at 00:00. 45 16-year-old driver VAZ-21093 exceeded the speed, moved off the roadway and crashed into a tree.

As a result of an accident, the driver was killed. Another two teenagers - a young man and a girl born in 2001 were hospitalized in Alapaevsky central hospital. The guy is diagnosed with a hip fracture, and the girl has an open craniocerebral injury.

The traffic police found that at the time of the accident, neither the driver nor the passengers were wearing seat belts. The car belongs to the mother of the deceased teenager. She explained that late at night the son went out and did not return. She discovered the lack of keys in the bag of cars and money.

It was also found that the young man who was behind the wheel was on the preventive account in the department for juvenile affairs, in March this year was conditionally sentenced. The second young man, too, was already spotted for illegally taking possession of the vehicle, on the basis of which he was registered with the Department for Minor Matters. A girl escaped from the house at night through the open window. Her parents told me that about 23. 30 she was still at home and went to bed.

During the investigation, medical and auto-technical examinations will be conducted, as well as an assessment of the actions of legal representatives of minors.
