The relevant data became known from the State Register of Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice.

As noted, the Ukrainian subsidiary company "AOT Energy Ukraine" was established in Kiev on July 14, 2017.

According to the agency, 1.5 million hryvnia belongs to the Swiss AOT Gas Holding AG.

At the same time, the main declared activity of AOT Energy Ukraine is the trade in natural gas.

By the way, the company can deal with wholesale trade in other types of fuel, as well as auxiliary services for oil and gas production.

We note that AOT Energy has been selling gas to Ukrainian gas traders since June 2016 through its Polish company AOT Energy Poland.

Recall, as previously reported, "URA-Inform," the Ukrainian government approved the financial plan "Naftogaz Ukraine", but without raising the price of gas for the population. The decision was taken unanimously.
