Apparently, Apple continues to work on an autonomous electric vehicle. This is evidenced by a new leak.

The insider reports that the Kupertinovites have entered into a confidential agreement with a large battery manufacturer for electric vehicles, the company Contemporary Amperex Technology Limited.

Earlier, Tim Cook explained that in the coming year Apple does not plan to develop its own autonomous car. Now the company is focused on software for such cars.

I wonder what this transaction is for. Perhaps Tim had slipped? Or the manufacturer will help kupertinovtsam in setting up AI to adjust the power consumption in the machines?.
