This is reported by the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of Zhytomyr region. A 26-year-old woman, a mother of three, left the children with her husband, and then, instead of returning home, went to her friends, and then to relatives. The father of children closed them alone at home in a seven-degree frost without food and heating, and went to his wife. Where they stayed with their relatives for a couple of days. Children were in such conditions, while neighbors did not call for help.

The prosecutor's office said that the court found the 26-year-old woman guilty of an offense by h. 1 st. 135 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. And she was sentenced to one year of imprisonment, with a probation period of one year.

Under such conditions, the children stayed for almost two days until the neighbors sounded the alarm and called representatives of the village council who turned off the house. As a result of hypothermia, young children become sick and hospitals.
