"For FAO, the implementation of this project is extremely important, especially in the context of the recent outbreak of botulism in Ukraine due to the consumption of fish products. Serious attention is required by the fact that today there is no proper control over the sanitary-technical and sanitary-hygienic conditions of production, "said the Coordinator of development programs of FAO in Ukraine Mikhail Malkov.
Within the framework of the project there will be special information training for fishery laboratories. The inspectors will undergo a special training course, which will learn by new standards to inspect fishing vessels and manage the quality of products. This project will be implemented until April 2018.
