The official page of the Albanian Football Federation in Facebook announced the appointment to the post of head coach of the national team Christian Panucci. Details of the contract are still unknown.

Note that Christian became the successor of his compatriot Gianni De Biazi.

Panucci played for Milan, Inter, Roma, Genoa and Parma, Real, Chelsea and Monaco, Italy played 57 games and scored 4 goals for Italy. From 2012 to 2014, Panucci was a member of the coaching staff of the Russian national team under the guidance of Fabio Capello.

He was also the head coach of Livorno.

The last place of work Panucci was Ternan Series B.
