This was announced on Tuesday, July 18, by the Director of the Department of the Electric Power Complex of the Ministry Olga Buslavets. At the same time, she recalled that the emergency situation in the electricity market was in effect and was introduced in response to the complete cessation of supplies of anthracite coal from the uncontrolled territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, today ended the line of emergency measures in the electricity market. This was stated in the governmental order, which put in place emergency measures in the energy sector from February 17, 2017 for a month. At the same time, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine extended their period of validity on a monthly basis.

The last time the emergency measures in the energy sector were extended for another month until July 17.
