The author of the document is the people's deputy from the faction "Fatherland" Alain Shkrum. At the same time on her page in the social network on Monday, July 17, she wrote that she intends to obtain registration of her decision.

According to the Ukrainian legislation, a people's deputy may register a draft resolution on abolishing the voting within two days after voting for the abolition of the vote, if there were violations during its adoption, but on Friday, July 14, for some strange reason, the doors of the registration department of bills were closed and so Did not open.

Not a single employee of the department, including his supervisor, worked all day at the workplace, "she explained, adding that in the end the draft resolution of her authorship was still registered. According to information from the official website of the Parliament, the date of registration of the document - July 14, 2017. He is waiting for September until this decision is adopted or rejected, - wrote the politician. However, in her opinion, the adopted law in one fell swoop makes the Court more dependent on the president, kills the institution of an independent Constitutional Court and kills the institution of the Ombudsman for Human Rights.

Recall, July 13, the Verkhovna Rada voted 245 deputies in the second reading and in general the law (№ 6427-d) on the Constitutional Court of Ukraine. This law implements changes in the Constitution of Ukraine in the part of justice, determines the order of organization and activities of the Constitutional Court.

As reported by URA-Inform, the head of the parliament, Andrey Parubiy, on Monday, July 17, signed the bill No. 6427-d "On the Constitutional Court of Ukraine".
