In Kirovgrad, a local resident filed a fictitious registration in her apartment to seven foreigners. For this, by decision of the court Susanna Tashraeva will pay 140 thousand rubles fine.

According to the press service of the Sverdlovsk Prosecutor's Office, Tashraeva, being a citizen of the Russian Federation, was not actually a host and was going to provide living quarters to foreign citizens, she made a fictitious registration of 7 foreigners.

So, Tashraeva submitted four times to the migration control authorities a notice of the arrival of foreign citizens indicating their place of stay (registration), according to which the suspect was not registered. In addition, she was reliably aware that the citizens indicated in her notifications do not intend to reside at these addresses.

The woman was convicted by the court under article. 322. 3 of the Criminal Code (fictitious registration of a foreign citizen at the place of stay in a residential building in the Russian Federation).
