In addition, the mayor's office was told that as a result of a heavy downpour several streets were flooded: Primorskaya, Balkovskaya, the French Boulevard. Three trees were felled by the stormy wind: at the entrance to Gorsad from the direction of Preobrazhenskaya Street, on Bazarnaya Street and on the Military Descent where the tree fell on the car.

Work to eliminate the effects of bad weather is still under way.
