Rossiyskaya Gazeta writes that Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin stated that in the countries of the North Atlantic alliance, finally glorified, glorifying the so-called "forest brothers" (former employees of the occupation police, SS troops and members of the Nazi auxiliary squads).
Rogozin wrote in his Twitter: "The NATO clip about the" forest brothers "who are killing our soldiers, confirms that in the face of NATO we are dealing with the heirs of Hitler's shortages".
The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that when he worked as an ambassador to NATO, they did not allow themselves to organize such actions.
He noted: "Now they are finally insolent".
The official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova earlier called the clip about the Baltic collaborators "a disgusting action" and invited the world community to independently assess it.
Zakharova also recalled that among the "forest brothers" were, among others, the officers of the SS. As a result of the organization's sabotage, thousands of civilians were killed. She also stressed that Western "special forces" were behind "forest brothers", as NATO is aware of.
Recall, on the eve of the NATO representatives posted an eight-minute video on the Net, where the "forest brothers" are represented by heroes engaged solely in the struggle for the independence of their countries from the USSR. The authors of the video also note that the spirit of the "forest brothers" lives in the modern special forces of the armed forces of the three Baltic countries.
