In Kamensk-Uralsky will be judged 27-year-old director of a life-threatening and healthy children's summer camp. The institution revealed a number of violations of sanitary and epidemiological and fire safety legislation.

According to the investigation, in the summer of 2016 the accused, being the director of a commercial organization, provided services for organizing children's recreation in a summer health camp located in the area of ??the village of Isetskoe, Kamensky district. At the same time, almost 70 minors were rendered services with violations of sanitary-epidemiological and fire-prevention legislation, creating a real threat to the lives and health of pupils and camp staff.

Kamensky District Court suspended activities of the camp for 30 days due to violations. However, the institution continued its work.

In this connection, criminal cases were initiated against the director of the camp. 1 st. 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (rendering services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life or health of consumers) and art.. 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (non-enforcement of a court decision by an employee of a commercial organization).
