Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelyan will submit for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers the idea of ??the dismissal of the head of the Borispol airport Pavel Ryabikin.

Omelyan said that on Wednesday, July 12, the Cabinet will introduce the idea of ??the dismissal of Ryabikin in connection with the rejection of the contract to attract a low-cost Ryanair, "Ukrainian Truth".

Recall, on July 5, the general director of the airport "Boryspil" Pavel Ryabikin said that the airport for its part signed an agreement with Ryanair and sent to the main office of the airline. According to him, the agreement does not take into account all the wishes of Ryanair. "Most, but not all. In particular, on the direction of Kiev-London a discount of 80% is not provided, since this direction for the airport "Borispol" is not new, "he added..

July 10, the largest European loukoster Ryanair canceled the planned exit to the Ukrainian market, citing a public conflict with the leadership of the airport "Borispol".

Commercial director of the Irish airline David O'Brien explained the management decision of the refusal of the general director of Boryspil Pavel Ryabikin to fulfill the agreements reached between Ryanair and the Ministry of Infrastructure.

Meanwhile, deputy head of the BPP faction Igor Kononenko argues that the airport "Borispol" and the Ministry of Infrastructure will be able to agree with the airline Ryanair about the beginning of flights from Ukraine.

He stated this on Tuesday in the Parliament.

According to Kononenko, he knows the position of the minister Vladimir Emelyan and the director of "Borispol" Ryabikin.

"I know their positions. Now the minister and the director of Boryspil have exchanged political statements, but I think that the work will continue, "said Kononenko.

According to him, the presidential party is firmly convinced that Ukraine needs low-bones.

"It is fundamentally important for us that low-cost bounces enter the country. According to RyanAir, then the question is purely mathematical - the probability of losses of the airport in 2 billion hryvnia this year, if it goes to the terms of the company, "- said Kononenko.

"But I think that consent will be. Maybe in a week or two, maybe in a month, but this company will go to Ukraine, "he added..

Earlier, Ryabikin said that it was impossible to comply with the conditions of Ryanair, as some of them contradicted Ukrainian legislation, and some could bring serious losses to the airport.

Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelyan expressed his indignation at the sudden refusal of the management of Boryspil from own signatures in the contract to attract a loukoster, and also stated that the airport management defends the interests of the UIA, the tariffs of which substantially exceed the tariffs of Ryanair.
