According to the source, in particular, the EBRD director in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus, Francis Malizh, proposes the candidacy of Mueller, who is a member of the FinComBank (Moldova) and Azerbaijan's AccessBank.

He also holds a master's degree in economics from the Free University of Berlin, studied economics at the universities of Heidelberg and Madrid, "the source explained, adding that he speaks German, English, Russian and Spanish fluently,.
