If Britain does not agree to improve the conditions under which EU citizens can stay in the United Kingdom, negotiations will be suspended. As reported by Deutsche Welle, this is stated in the statement of the European Parliament.

According to the document, in a document signed by the members of the Euro-Moldova coordination group a document addressed to the head of the EU delegation at the talks on the withdrawal of Britain from the union of Michel Barnier said that the European parliamentarians can not agree with the proposal of London made at the end of June.

However, Prime Minister Teresa Mei said that London will enable 3.2 million citizens of EU countries living in the United Kingdom to apply for residence right there after the UK renounces membership in the European Union.
