LG began sending out invitations to journalists for a press event in Poland, scheduled for July 11. Judging by the hints in the newsletter, this event will debut smartphone LG Q6, formerly known as LG G6 Mini, a simplified mini version of the flagship smartphone LG G6.

According to earlier leaks, LG G6 mini will go on sale under the name LG Q6 with model number 18. 5: 9. The smartphone will receive simplified parameters in comparison with the flagship, although it will inherit the display with the aspect ratio of 18. 5: 9. At the same time it is equipped with a single 13-megapixel main camera instead of a dual and 3 GB of RAM instead of 4 GB.

According to earlier leaks, LG G6 mini will also differ in the size of the display - the diagonal will be 5.4 inches instead of 5.7 in the original. The smartphone as well as the LG G6 will be based on last year's Qualcomm Snapdragon 821, and not on the top processor Snapdragon 835 of this year.
