In the Krivoy Rog of the Dnipropetrovsk region, the police detained a man who, yesterday, on July 6, during a training exercise on territorial defense, caused a gunshot wound to the operator of the information portal First Krivoy Rog. This was reported in the communication department of the Main Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

Law enforcers detained the suspect in the manner of article 208 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, notes LIGABusinessInform.

In the actions of a 43-year-old suspect, signs of two crimes are seen: careless heavy bodily injury (art.. 128) and illegal handling of weapons (art.. 263) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The suspect faces a sentence of up to seven years' imprisonment.

During the consideration of this criminal case, police officers seized firearms equipped with live ammunition.

Firearms suspected of committing a crime illegally acquired, wore and kept without the permission provided by law ".

Currently there is an investigation. The suspect is in the temporary detention center.

According to the site of the First Krivoy Rog, the condition of the 29-year-old operator Vyacheslav Volka remains stable-heavy.

Earlier it was reported that on July 6 in Krivoy Rog, during the military exercises, the operator of the information portal First Krivorozhsky Vyacheslav Volka was wounded. The incident occurred during the filming of the production frame.
