It is also necessary to create so-called "black lists", but a complete ban on the entry of Russians does not make sense. Such an opinion on Sunday, July 2, on the air of one of the Ukrainian TV channels was expressed by the Minister of Infrastructure Vladimir Omelyan.

According to him, unequivocally, they must introduce enhanced control over movements in the border zone. And there is the project "Wall". There should be "black lists", of course. Moreover, they are working already, the minister recalled, adding that these measures of the Ukrainian authorities should still be strengthened since the killers come from Russia who act on the instructions of Putin and on the Russian government's instruction.

This risk is extremely high, - explained Omelyan.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the head of the Parliament Andrew Parubiy said that during the next plenary week the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine can apply to the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the introduction of a visa regime with Russia.
