In iOS 11 received many useful features that make it easy to work with mobile devices. Among other things, Apple decided to show users which applications are using their geolocation data in the background.

The first public version of iOS 11 brought a pretty interesting feature, showing with the help of a blue indicator, when an application performs actions without your knowledge.

Now if the user has activated the modem mode, the device shows a large blue bar at the top of the screen, meaning that a device is connected to the access point. During a telephone conversation, the green bar indicates that the subscriber is still in communication.

In iOS 11, if any application, be it Twitter, Instagram or Facebook, tracks the user's location, he will see a bright blue bar with the corresponding message. Thus, the system will secure users whose trust can be abused by developers.

This function is useful for ordinary users who will clearly know what is happening in the system. However, this will cause developers to be honest, telling why their application requires access to certain data. "It can destroy more than one business," - wrote an ex-employee of Apple Ryan Jones.
