London is preparing a massive deportation from Britain. After Brexit, from the territory of the United Kingdom, all criminals with foreign citizenship will be expelled, even those who have already served.

Citizens of the European Union countries serving sentences in the UK prisons or already released should be deported from the Kingdom. Such a requirement, the Times writes on Monday, June 26, is contained in the plan of Prime Minister Teresa May to exit the EU.

Previously, the local press wrote that London could not get rid of the criminal contingent because of the provisions of the current law on the protection of human rights. In particular, Eurosceptics successfully used this argument on the eve of the referendum on Brexit to convince citizens of the need for a divorce from the EU. After all, even to transfer the convicted offender-foreigner to imprisonment in the penitentiary institution in his native country London could only if they are sure that there he will not be subjected to cruel treatment and the conditions of his detention will not worsen. This position was actively used by criminals, refusing extradition or seeking through the court to cancel the decision on deportation.

As a result, as the Times indicates, the number of foreigners in British prisons has doubled in the past two years and has reached 14% of the total number of prisoners. The majority are from Poland and Ireland. This state of affairs was extremely annoying for both London and ordinary Britons.

Now, discussing the exit from the EU, the British authorities have a chance to get rid of other criminal elements and even potential criminals. Premier May is ready to guarantee the three million EU citizens full rights of UK residents in the country if similar benefits are introduced for the British in the EU. However, he warns: criminals will be expelled immediately, without courts and proceedings.

Its plan, Teresa May, is to present to the House of Commons of the British Parliament on Monday, June 26.
